Warranties and Return Policy


Written Warranty

Most of the parts we sell come with a 90-day money back guarantee unless otherwise stated.

The 90 day periods starts when you take possession of the part.

If you wish to return a part, it must have the markings that we place on the part. This is to ensure that the part sent back to us is the part that we sold to you. If the markings that we place on the part are not present upon our receiving of the part, there will be no refund given.

No labot warranty is provided.

Cylinder Heads are guaranteed to not have any cracks.

Valve jobs are not guaranteed.

If you wish to return an A/C compressor, you must be able to show proof that you purchased a new dryer and orifice tube if applicable.

Body parts are purchased in "as-is" condition. We do not guarantee paint jobs. Buyer discretion is recommended with such parts.



ECU's (Engine Control Units) and ECM's (Engine Control Modules) have no guarantee on the programming. On many vehicles, the ECM or ECU will need to be programmed before you install it.

If it is found that the part you purchased is being used for an application other than what is listed by the interchange provided, all warranties are null and void.

There is no warrantey on items sold for parts.


Refund Policy


If you purchase a part that you do not need and wish to return, we will accept the return and provide a refund minus a 25% restocking fee. All Star Auto Parts will not be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are nonrefundable.

In the event that a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period, we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our discretion.

No refund on deposits or unwanted special order parts or special "Cut" items.

To return an item, you must contact us within the 90 day period to obtain an RMA (Return Matierial Authorization) number. Once you have obtained this RMA number, ship the item to the address below. (Be sure to include the RMA number)
